Seasonal Allergy
In most cases (~ 80% of Dr. Wu’s) seasonal allergy discomforts can start to show relief in less than 24 hours. Depending on the seriousness of the allergy and the root cause of the allergy, the major symptoms of allergy can be comfortably relieved in a week to three weeks. To fully eliminate the allergy symptoms may take three months or longer. Once the allergy symptoms are relieved, the next step is to take a preventive measure (boosters*) to reduce the chance of recurrence or when recurrence occurrs, the severity of the symptoms.
Perennial ande Food Allergy
Numerous cases show that perennial and food allergies can be helped dramatically in less than two weeks. The chance of recurrence of perennial and food allergies can be reduced by a preventive measure (boosters). If the root cause of the allergies can be eliminated, the chance of recurrence is minimal.
Migraine Headaches
In general, migraine headache can be relieved in a week. Since the migraine could happen periodically, it does take three to four weeks to see if it recurs. It is possible to take a preventive measure (boosters) to reduce the chance of recurrence or reduce the severity of the symptoms when recurrence does occur.
Acnes and Boils
It may take two weeks to four weeks to see signs of improvement for acnes and boils. No new acne or new boil after the treatment is good news; the existing acnes or boils may take two to three months to heal.
Fibromyalgia, Endometriosis, and Ovarian Cysts
Fibromyalgia, endometriosis, and ovarian cysts will take two to three months to see some signs of improvement. For less severe cases, the pains associated with these problems can be relieved in three months and recurrence may not occur. For severe cases, a long term preventive measure (boosters) is needed to reduce the pains to a manageable level.
Use of Herbs
According to Dr. Wu’s cases, 20% of the time the herbs were not helpful because the patients did not have the courage to continue the use of the herbs or did not care for the taste of the herbs.
Some patients have continued to take the herbs (boosters) after the initial treatment. Some of these patients have been taking these herbs for more than two years without seeing any ill effect.
*Periodic use of the herbs, say, one to two doses per week after the initial treatment.
